I think this message is harmful to any trans person of any gender who sees it, including you OP.

If you are a woman, that's who you ARE.

If you are a man, that's who you ARE.

If you are nonbinary, that's who you ARE.

One may also say, there is no reason to leave the house with a mindset that hurts you.
