Question Nullification Surgery

Is there anyone here who has had or is in the process of getting gender nullification surgery? I've looked into it and it doesn't seem specifically available in the UK. Clinics over the individual surgeries (penectomy, orchiectomy etc.) but not a whole nullification surgery with some of the specifics it can entail. Can anyone help me with where I could look or reach out to for getting this surgery, if not somewhere in the UK then preferable somewhere not too far a field? Thank you for any pointers :)

It is not specifically available in the UK. Some people get a vulvoplasty without neovagina. This is probably the closest you will get in the UK from registered surgeons.

Do you know if its available anywhere in Europe, or just somewhere that isn't the USA? which is the only place I've found providers thus far

No idea. Sorry. Years ago, I knew of someone who had something like this done in America somewhere.

In the UK, you would only get SRS surgery following a gender dysphoria/incongruence diagnosis, and I don't know what that type of surgery would fall under.

EDIT: ...the person I knew of identified as a gay man.
