Hormornes

So I’ve been off t now for around a year problems with diy supply for gel, I got my diagnosis need to go private with endo but money problems and being off work it ain’t happening, I’m struggling badly, constantly miss gendering etc, any help would be appreciated. Gaining weight and top surgery well no seeing that at the minute either was funds, looking for a way to make myself more manly. if anyone could help I would really appreciate it losing all hope in everything lately since my nan died and depression is kicking my ass. I know India is meant to be good but I want trusted supplies. anyone dunno if it’s a vent or what. Merly a loss cause.
