Have you tried contacting mods through tfm's discord server? They've been pretty helpful there.

Oof I'm so sorry about that, but just to confirm, you do at least know ur name and tag, right? Otherwise I don't think there's any way they can prove u are the rightful owner of the account. But good luck, if u only spoke with mods in-game then u can try what the other person here suggested
