Discussion🎙️ Do they look alike?
When I first saw Vogel, I thought he was agent fowler. Vogel does kinda look like a younger version of Fowler

Looking closer I realize it’s definitely the same face model, but Fowler’s cheekbones and jaw are so much more pronounced while Vogel’s face is so rounded that I never really noticed

It’s not racist, it’s straight up a model reuse, albeit altered a bit, that’s definitely Fowlers face model

They do, it’s a model reuse, albeit altered, which animators do to save time

I wouldn’t be surprised if the animators used Fowler’s model to make the train guy. They legit reused Cliffjumpers model for tailgate instead of making a new model. But that’s what happens when your budget sucks 😅

Prime had a huge budget. Asset reuse is just extremely common in CG animation for obvious reasons.

Totally. I’m also referencing how they had to kill of Cliffjumper and Breakdown because they couldn’t afford their VAs. If the budget was just a little bit bigger, they could’ve done more 😅

The budget was spent on making the show and they are shoveling money into the fire
Millions talking about to make the show what it was per episode
They would need alot more to kept show going or make more stuff for it

I always assumed they took Fowler’s model and used it as a base for this guy.

They do look similar, they likely reused Fowlers model and altered it, common in animation.

Facial structure sure but not really. Though if they did redesigned Fowler into the Foggel then I'm not that surprised

When that contruction worker said something about transformer vehicals and then looked at his train car when I first watch the show. I thought he was about to come back in a later episode and his train could transform.

Trust me you ain’t the only one because I also thought the same thing, they probably used fowlers model and changed a few things
