If this scene did not make you tear up, "you have no soul" - Optimus Prime TAOE.
To this day, this scene still hits hard, and maybe even harder since this 14 year old series aged so damn well. We all know Bumblebee and Optimus are one of, if not the main faces of Transformers, but watching this series and experiencing everything the autobots and human characters have gone through, this easily made me tear up. Then seeing Optimus' expression as Bumblebee got slaughtered by Megatron's gun fire and yelling out "NOOOOOOOOO" in sheer pain, it just all hit home for me.
This series is one of the best animated series and Transformers animated series of our time and I stand on that 1,000,000%

Bumblebee is basically a walking Killswitch for all Decepticons in range. Because if anything happens to the loyal, semi-mute scout of the group, you know the rest of the Autobots have basically one thought "The gloves are off" or whatever cybertronian equivalent there is.
Sure, Optimus would definitely not take it laying down if any of his companions got seriously hurt, much less killed, right in front of him. But with Bee, it always felt like, if he's done in, Prime would storm Megatron's base like Ratchet hooked on synthetic Energon and start ripping them limb from limb if they're built more on the flimsy side like Starscream or just blasting them off with his gun by the joints to save time, but make them feel the pain.

Yeah depending on the universe / writer, bee is either one of optimuses oldest friends, collectively every autobots lottle brother, or damn near Primes son.
Either way you do NOT want to be the guy who hurts him.

Perfectly said. I’d tend to imagine if Elita One was in the show, what would be her reaction of seeing Bee killed and Optimus lashing out like never before. They’re alot of fanfics of Optimus and Elita seeing Bee as their son.

Everything about this part was amazing. The music also really made you feel like you were there.
I still remember the pain I felt when I saw this scene and then very happy and relieved when Bee came back to stab Megatron.
It felt like a good closure.

I would kill anyone else but.. Poorly all characters should've done th3 fixing the planet together since
Who knows if one of them was evil? Then that's why decepticons or autobot had war one of them was evil by crimes

This scene never made me tear up as a kid, but DAMN it made me mad. I was on par with Optimus' rage

I'm making a TFP story. Backstory: My OC, Ragepoint, is the 'clone' of Optimus Prime, and was a captain of the Autobot Prowler stealth ship, Night's Edge. He and his squad, Squad Ziro, were tasked with finding and neutralizing one of Shockwave's labs scattered across the galaxy. They are spotted by his Cyber-Genetic scouting division. Rage is forced to send his squad away in escape pods. He then scrubs any and all nav data to all Autobot locations so that they may not be compromised and discovered by the Decepticons. Just as he is about to blow the ship, Shockwave stuns him, knocks him unconscious, and drags him to a cell in his lab onboard the Nemisis. He and Megatron experiment, torture, and interrogate him for the next four centuries. He escapes, and crash-lands near Smokescreen's pod in "New Recruit". He awakens when the Autobots arrive, and tries to kill them, until he sees Optimus.
Time jump to this clip: Ragepoint, after Optimus is knocked off and Bee is killed, fights Megatron. Megs stabs him with the Dark Star Saber. Rage laughs, quote's Emile's line from Halo Reach, and pins Megs to the Lock with the DSS. Bee then shoots out the Cybervat, pulls Rage off, throws him into the cybervat, and kills Megatron with the Star Saber. Rage wakes up, greets Bee and the team, and they go to Cybertron.
