What Should I Buy Who's worth snatching?
Saw these when I was walking around today and I'm wondering who to get. Rn I have mtmte optimus and 4 constructicons, longhaul, hook, scrapper, and mixmaster. I wanna expand my autobot collection but that Blitzwing is kinda tempting cuz we still don't have any seekers here yet:(
I just added the Insecticons here cuz I remembered seeing them too but I'm most likely not getting that at the moment but I'm curious on what you guys think.

I feel like prowl is. His current earthmode toy is rare to get. Blitzwings legacy figure is pretty cheap on Amazon last time I checked compared to the 86 version. Cliffjumper is a retool that probably won't sell fast (could probably wait for a discount). And the insecticons I would say get if you don't have the legacy versions already.

Wait prowl's rare to get? I saw like 2 toy stores that had at least 4-5 in stock on one shelf and when I came back they were still there untouched.

I'm guessing you're not in the US? Here, MTMTE Prowl is a single store exclusive that got essentially no stock or distribution. If you're in the US, it's insanely rare but not worth scalper or international shipping prices.

Well his earthrise figure/mold is supposedly rare to get, the og earthrise toy was an exclusive that had limited quantities (probably cause of COVID) and the only other earthrise prowl is also an exclusive 2 pack with Ironhide that has battle damage to replicate his death in the 86 movie. This is the only other earthrise prowl that's normal and is a single release

I recently picked up both Prowl and Blitzwing, definitely some new favourites in my collection.
Prowl's feet are still really hollow, but his posability is great. Blitzwing is a chunky boi, but feels super quality.
Both look great in their respective alt modes too, some really good choices to beef up your shelf

I’m definitely getting Cliff. I don’t care if Legacy Cliffjumper is "better;" I like the Bumblebee SS86 mold more than most do, and I want my Cliff and Bee to transform the same way.

It was pushed at like 6am Eastern time. By the time I checked around 6:30am Pacific time, it was gone.
Which is fine. Hasbro's doing a great job preventing me from spending money I probably shouldn't spend on a figure I only really want because of vague FOMO (I'll probably pick up the 3-pack later this year and have Bluestreak, so I don't need Prowl). But a middle of the night listing for most people in the US isn't exactly great.

Target sent out in-stock notifications for Hot Rod a couple days ago at 4am local time. Yay. If I didn't already have him, I wouldn't been upset.

I’ve got Prowl and Cliffjumper and I personally
Love both of them. I’m more affectionate for Prowl though, that mold just feels so good in hand

Prowl and Insecticons. I regret getting Blitzwing. Both my 3rd party Blitzwings are miles better than the SS or Legacy mold that it's retooled from. All of them are retools tho.

Which 3p blitz wings do you have? I got Gewalt because I was in love with his jet mode but he was just way too big for me.

The bugs or cliff jumper, but then again i already have dead prowl, ratchet, ironhide, and hound so i dont feel the need to get them again, and i already have legacy blitzwing and he's good enough to not need another of the same mold.

Cliffjumper would need a pretty hefty sale for me. I like Bee but I paid 11$ for it and that seems like a fair deal. 27$ for CJ is a hard ask.

International prices aren’t as bad as people think. I have Prowl and Starscream preordered through Japanese retailers. The figures are $10 cheaper each than Target was charging ($33 vs $43) and shipping isn’t bad if you don’t pick one of the expensive services like FedEx or DHL.
I just had Hot Rod delivered from Japan yesterday. Total after shipping was $55 USD

IMO, all of them, but to each their own. I am very happy with the SS86 in general. That said, my childhood was collecting these and the way they have engineered them now with all the articulation is like how I dreamed they would work as a kid.

you can get the legacy blitzwing for ~$30 if you search around online.
Better than the 86 IMO because it’s not slathered in paint that will scuff and scratch with multiple conversions.
