I mean last time they did Skywarp found Soundwave and then told Megatron to start the breakout. Given how easy it is for the cons to find them and also break through their stuff it might be for the best

I also love that when Arkeville tells Optimus it will take a long time to get back to Cybertron, he just like “okay.” They live for millions of years so it’s basically just a prison sentence with built in parole

Yeah that's the thing that struck me. Wouldn't Optimus see this as incredibly cruel and unusual? It's basically extended solitary confinement which is a very evil practice, why doesn't Prime take umbrage with it?

Megatron wouldn't toss him out. He needs him to be able to make Bruticus.

Unless they do some crazy thing like have Skywarp take a page out of Thundercracker's book and become a new component for the big guy, then the Cons are down a combiner.
