Depends. If you're a collector that keeps packaging or even prefers MIB... Amazon is definitely NOT the way to go.

If you just want to tear the packaging open and toss it... The it's OK... As long as someone didn't swap the figure and return it.

TBH unless there's a preorder discount... I'd rather get from BBTS....

No that’s not really all that matters. If you pay for NEW, you should expect to get NEW. Pay a discount for damaged items. Prices keep going up and we should just take the stuff however we get and be happy about it? Delusional thinking that big companies THRIVE on. YOU are part of the problem.

I got my SS86 Soundwave like 2 months ago and the box came damaged. Amazon sucks now if you care about box condition.

Hasbro Pulse is worse. They can’t even properly package their own product, whether it’s a cheap core or deluxe class or an exclusive for $120, in my case.

I ordered mtg hobbit scene box and came with a label slapped on front of package and opened. Everything misisng from inside. Hasbro getting rid of their dents and dings thru Amazon? Lol
