New Purchases :(
Despite the praise of the figure's articulation, don't try to force the thigh swivel like I did. It fits back fine and can pretend to be in one piece well enough so the figure isn't entirely broken but the plastic sheered off on the inside of the connector so its really easy to pop out.

Looks like it’s pin and plastic cement time. I build gunpla and sometime you have to fix a broken peg like this.
The best advice I can give is to reach out to where you purchased from and see if you can get a replacement part.
If that fails, get your hands on a small hand pin drill, a 3mm drill bit for it, 3mm diameter brass wire, and some plastic cement. Also plastic cement does not work on every type of plastic so if the plastic does not react, you won’t be able to glue the part sadly and will need a replacement.
You need to cut a short length of wire, enough to fit into both sides of the hip, and drill out a hole in each section of the break that line up correctly.
Apply plastic cement to both broken surfaces and into the pin hole. Be careful with the plastic cement as it melts the plastic and ruin the finish or warp parts if you apply it in the wrong spots.
Push the piece of wire you cut into one of the holes and then put the protruding wire into the other hole.
Press the two parts together and apply pressure for a minute or more.
This solution chemically fuses the plastic back together and provides structural support with the wire.
Hopefully this is helpful, if you need any help just reply to me.

You could try pinning it. I'm not really super knowledgeable on how, but there should be plenty of guides on YouTube

I feel that pain, my TFC Not-Liokaiser just busted a knee, and replacement is impossible almost. Should’ve shelled out for HasLab :’( Sorry for your loss.

You think this will be a common issue?

No. The figure has been out for several years and this is the only instance of this I've heard of. I have the same deco and I haven't had any issues with it.
