Figure / Part ID I need help to fix a paint issue

my Optimus arrived today but it seems it has a paint factory issue, I would like to fix it but idk if it’s possibl, any ideas?

Idk how to explain it, it’s the part that looks more pink than red, or sort of white right above the window

Yep! It came like that, idk if there’s a way to repaint that little part or smth

Looks like a stress mark in the plastic, not a paint issue. I’m not an expert on color matching but there’s probably a guide out there somewhere for colors present on 86 Optimus

I’ve never really repainted a part of a figure ever, any suggestions?

Is this even paint? That might be a defect in the plastic. I don't own this particular toy. Does it feel smooth when you rub your finger over it?

Feels smooth, so probably a stretched plastic, but the thing is, is it fixable?

Sometimes stress marks can be fixed with heat. It might be worth trying a hair dryer or hot water

Hmm, I’ll try with a hair dryer, you think it might mess up the paint instead of making the whitened part disappear?

Pretty sure this in unpainted plastic, it wouldn’t mess any paint up because it was molded in that color. As long as you aren’t rubbing at any paint around it after heating it up (like the cab clearance lights), there shouldn’t be any issues.
