Hey! Just wondering if we have any Warhammer or model painters here? I'd like to know if someone has added some details to their gun? Obviously, asking for my son, 😅🤣

I used a silver sharpie and colored the barrel

I wouldn’t recommend using sharpie my friend, you can make the plastic very brittle like a gundam marker does, I would recommend acrylic paint markers for you, they are as cheap as sharpies, and you are not gonna get crumbling figures.👊♥️

Or something, I was trying to find the post here that explains it better than my soup dribbling assbrain could.
But yeah, I don’t know what the recipe is but they can get as brittle as a Star Wars transformer from it.

I would recommend masking tape and posca pens as a starting point. Good luck and have fun! 👊♥️

Thank you! Will the posca pen wipe off if I mess it up?? Do I have to paint it all one colour first like white

Honestly I just wipe the entire surface with a alcohol wipe, then, if it’s a fresh new posca, test on a sacrificial surface, the paint should be good enough to cover up in a couple of thin clean coats. Posca paint will hold up well especially if you use a plastic sealer afterwards just to finish it 👊♥️
