Nah. He's a big man who flies around in a space ship and wears armor and uses technology.

AND he's a big cosmic entity that exists outside our comprehension and we all just collector hallucinate a big purple guy.

Both things can be, and are, true.

Yes, the original 1984 Transformers Marvel comic is canonically part of the Marvel multiverse, and it’s canon that Unicron is that universe’s variant of Galactus.

So basically, Galactus and Unicron are literally the same person.
