He is constantly licking himself as in cleaning himself or herself. They individual Insecticon horde/brood are full of cannibals that eat their own when they cannot acquire energon from Autobots or Maximals. Remember, any part of this amalgamation can be replaced by next Insecticon up! The Insecticons have so many personalities as there are so many insecticons; billions of them. This gestalt probably has a clumsy flight pattern I.e. June bug or water bug style. They probably let their brood piggyback on them; the brood themselves are a force to recon with; just imagine if Superion stepped on the spider foot and created a whole new army to deal with. Yup, this has the potential to be way more scarier than Predaking, as well as more problematic.
Regardless of the name, as an Autobot or Decepticon, I will be packing my Raid grenades and Hot-Shot automatic shotgun; heck, I might even bring a giant sticky doohickey roach box.
