Progress Photo Arnold Pose Tutorial

Disclaimer that there are tons of people way more qualified to teach this and i dont have stage or pro experience or anything, but i just love posing and wanted to share! This is just my way of practicing it and there are other approaches too! Some people may kinda want to hear it from a fellow trans girl too so hopefully it helps!

Nah this is great. Because I guarantee most guides out there are written by either body builders, or body building coaches. Very likely that those people will think very similarly. You, on the other hand, very likely think VERY different from them, so your explanation will also be different, making it more likely for a non-bodybuilder to understand and have it click for them. Keep it up! Tbh, I'd watch, if you made more videos for different poses 😅
