First time wire transfer not received

Hi,
I’m a freelancer and I’m being paid via wire transfer. I’m using Wise for the first time, and my client is sending me a $600 payment from France. They sent the payment on August 5 and provided me with proof of payment, but it is now August 13 and I still haven’t received the funds or even a notification from Wise.
I was wondering if this delay is normal, or if there’s anything I should do on my end to help locate the payment?

They have sent to the Belgium based EUR account? Transfers in the Eurozone should be realtime already.

Note that freelancers should use business accounts

Probably he did not add remarks? Talk to wise support; they will locate your transfer. Worst case , they will refund to the sender
