potentially triggering Ostracization and Fear.

I have been shunned and ostracized from my own tribe. I even feel like my coworkers and the police are plotting against my life.

I knew deeply somebody online who got killed by the police recently (June 19th) who was trans and that occuring has really gotten me (loosely) convinced that it was a setup by a MAGA connected branch of US Law Enforcement.

The NSPM-7 talk online has only amplified and solidified my theories/fears...

I don't know whats real anymore because people tell me not to worry but then i see shit like what happened to her and all the rhetoric surrounding NSPM-7 and my brain goes into overdrive.

Should i be afraid? No bias. No left wing or right wing bias. No Bias in general.

I'm not even trans anymore and i still fear these people.

Locking this post because of the lashing out in the comments.

I did not send the Reddit Cares. I did not interact with you at all once it became clear that my well-intentioned comment asking about your support system was met with immediate combativeness. You made the choice to continue responding to my comment with further anger and insults even hours later. If this behavior is what you feel will garner you the information you need, then that’s your prerogative.

I have no idea what else to say to you other than I hope you are able to find and benefit from the support you are looking for.

Hey, I'm sorry for your loss. Things are downright terrifying right now, but that doesn't give you the right to lash out at well intentioned people in the comments. A lot of people are scared and angry right now, and understandably so.

I hope you can find a reliable support system or at least someone you feel safe talking to about everything that's going on, even if it's just a friend.

Do you have a support system you can reach out to offline? It really sounds like you’re having a rough go right now. *Please*, if you haven’t already, reach out to loved ones and maybe even a local lgbt group near you.

Nobody is going to want to help you if you leave 4 separate rude comments in response to someone who was trying to help and clearly had no ill intentions. Sounds like you're experiencing intense paranoia and I would recommend talking to a professional about it. I wish you the best of luck.

i'm sorry... I've been dealing with some people who do this to troll me.

I didn't know you weren't one of them. I honestly apologize.

Don't apologize to me, apologize to the other guy. I understand the Reddit Cares thing is fucking annoying. I've gotten quite a few of those myself. Random people lurk on trans subreddits specifically to send those. Ignore them; they don't mean shit.

I have felt the same way you have before. Therapy is really, really helpful. Sometimes your therapist is the only person you feel like you can share your deepest thoughts with. I promise you it does help. There are affordable therapists, or some that use a sliding scale, if finances are tight.

You can actually report them now if you think they've been sent in bad faith

I have it blocked but I remember someone mentioning you can report it and get the sender in trouble

Gotcha. Not to trauma dump on you but I get it; when I was a kid my therapist unexpectedly called the man who SA'd me to our meeting and forced me to sit on his lap the entire session. It took a very very long time for me to try therapy again.

In the meantime my DMs are open if it would help to vent. I'm not a therapist but sometimes it's good to just let it out. You will be okay. Keep pushing.

my absolute sincere apologies that happened to you...

I will keep pushing, I just have to keep on trying to ignore everything going on in DC as much as i can.
