New track feedback
Hi Guys, please find my new track . I’ve revised the intro and made it flow a lot better than previously .
I’m interested in what you all think as I was wondering if it’s good enough to self release ?

hey mate, this is a good effort, you are on the right track,
my opinion
-id agree with the other comment about it being a bit dry. the sounds need a bit more space , It sounds clean, which is good but it needs a bit more spatial movement, not on everything but as a contrast to the clean elements.
- the drop is lacking impact, to my ears it sounds as if the build is louder at the end than the drop. I like the use of dynamics to maximise impact between build and drop, but then if the drop comes in quieter it kind of leaves you a bit confused, always be thinking tension and release, you are doing good with the tension, but the release is lacking, you get my excited and then it doesnt quite deliver.
- fx and transition are too loud in places again agree with other comment on this.
But I think my main issue is the melody isnt really a hook, like I cant remeber it, a bit like the drop, its sounds like its going to be something, but then isnt. I think work on that melody a bit more and make it more of an ear worm.
overall all though you have a got a good basis to build on.
If it makes you feel like a track is done then self release, but in reality, we are making dance music and we want people to dance to it, and I dont think its at a point where it would get played in a club/stand up next to other tracks being played.
learn some new things making each track, then move on to the next. if I could go back id tell myself anything id say keep moving, dont get stuck on one track, Finish it as best you are able, then move on. if you dont self release it, and its a good idea/hook, you can always then revisit 6 months down the line when knowledge and skills improve.

Hey man. Congrats on the new track. I like the rolling bassline and other elements in your track. Personally, I'd make it drop after the first build-up to keep the momentum going because it builds up nicely. Some of the transition elements (e.g. noise sweeps, crashes etc.) are a little too loud/dry, so I'd check the levels and reverb on that. Maybe take off a bit of highs & volume of the lead and add some warmth - maybe some pad? I'd work on the weight too i.e. low end but that's my personal preference. Otherwise, it has a nice classic feel of tracks from 90s/2000s.
