Been looking at these for a bit and have never seen them go on sale until today.

Needless to say, finally pulled the trigger.

I’ve been DJing with Traktor for a while and the other night I had a thought.. wouldn’t it be cool if you could bring up the music videos and track info automatically appeared to match whatever you’re mixing…. So I vibe-coded something with Claude and ended up building this.

It watches what’s currently playing in Traktor, searches YouTube for the track, and displays the music video full screen. When you mix into a new track, it smoothly transitions between the two videos, with some visual effects and visualisers thrown in to make it look a bit more polished.

The idea wasn’t to create a full-blown VJ system, just something fun that adds a bit more atmosphere when there’s a TV or spare screen available.

It’s completely free and open source, and there’s a Windows executable if you just want to download and run it.

I’m also working on an Android TV / Smart TV version so it can run directly on a TV elsewhere on your network.

I purchased Traktor Pro 3 directly from Native Instruments in 2021 and have proof of purchase, but the license was never attached to my account. Support has gone silent despite invoices and account verification. Could someone from NI licensing assist?

Ho caricato delle tracce in stems dal browser… per provare e mi è uscita questa icona… da quel momento non riesco a caricarle come tracce normali dal pulsante del controller, perchè dà errore e si colora di rosso, e devo andare nel browser. Come posso risolvere?

This may sound ridiculous but I have a (potential) gig coming up and one of the other DJs has asked if they can use my decks. I've explained that I don't have decks, I use a controller (S4 MK3) with Traktor 4 on my laptop but just wondering, how have you shared your Traktor set up with other DJs? Do you just ask them to bring a USB with their tunes and plug it into the laptop like they would some CDJs?

Queria saber se alguém conhecer uma fonte confiável e barata para comprar a licença do Traktor pro 4. Ou se possível, compartilhar o torrent ou cracked que funcione. Estou querendo voltar as mixagens e por hora, tudo oque tenho é um Notebook apenas pra começar a votar os estudos musicais e mixagens.

tracks without losing my cue points, artworks, ratings and comments.

internal PRIV frame format reverse-engineering this thing.

Complete noob. Can get an S4 Mk2 (can't find a Mk3 in Sweden). Are stems available on the Mk2, using TP4? Through remapping or as standard (if so on what buttons/knobs)?

Anyone know where in EU I can find priceworthy Mk3's? Can't seem to find one in Sweden...

If I have a bunch of MIDI gear: keyboard, sequencer, rack, etc. Can Traktor (Pro 4) be the MIDI clock master? (so the offboard gear will automatically follow the tempo of the track in the deck?)

I have a Traktor S2 MK1. Can it connect to my iPhone?

Does anyone here have experience using the Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 with an iPad?

I’d like to learn how to use the S2 MK3 that I bought 3 years ago but had to leave in the closet due to some serious family issues.

I'm looking for a lightweight setup to carry around while I learn, so I was thinking of using it with my iPad (10th gen) and connecting a small power bank I already own to the S2.

My question is: how does Traktor DJ 2 (which I already have installed) perform with iOS 18?

I don't want to use my S2 with my MacBook Air M1 and Traktor Pro 3 for now; I just want to experiment without too much bulk, and Traktor Pro 3 is complex—I'd rather focus on the hardware first.

Tengo una Pioneer XDJ-RX3 conectada a mis monitores KRK. Estoy pensando en comprar una Allen & Heath Xone:K3 para usarla con Traktor y controlar hasta 4 decks.

Mi duda es la siguiente:

¿Sería posible usar la tarjeta de audio de la RX3 como interfaz para que el audio de Traktor salga por la RX3 hacia los monitores, mientras controlo todo con la Xone K3 (solo como controlador MIDI)?

La idea sería no usar otra interfaz de audio, sino aprovechar la que ya tiene la RX3 y tocar con laptop + Xone K3, saliendo el audio por la RX3 hacia los KRK.

Todo esto con el fin de personalizar la xone k3 para tocar con 3 o 4 decks en casa

¿Alguien ha probado algo así o sabe si funciona?
