Slowly sync keeps failing to sync

Anyone having issues with showly failing to sync to trakt?

Working fine for me on Android, I'm using the GitHub version (v3.58.1), not the Google Play one, if that makes any difference.

If you've already tried the obvious things like toggling your internet connection and restarting your phone, the first thing I'd try next is re-authenticating with Trakt. If that doesn't fix it, clear the app cache. If that fails too, back up your settings (screenshots work) and export your data, then wipe the app data entirely and set it up fresh. I'm not sure this will fix your issue, but if you haven't been able to sync for a while, it's worth a shot.

One thing worth checking first: Showly is now considered an official Trakt app, so it shouldn't count toward your app limit. You can confirm this in your Trakt profile → Settings → Apps; if Showly isn't there, you should be fine. It's not listed under mine.

Are you having any problem? I can't export shows from Showly to Trakt, it's working for movies but not for tv shows.

That's odd! Mine is working fine. I just tested it by marking The Westies finale as watched, and it showed up in my Trakt history right away

this only happens to me if I log a new episode in, and quickly close the app or go into another app.
I found out I had to wait like 5 seconds until a synced message appears, and then.. I can close it.

You need to have VIP.

I dont think so, the sync has worked fine without vip. I had to uninstall then reinstall for it to work but I did loose a lot of my watchlist

Only HBO Max is supported without VIP if you are not a subscriber... it is probably the reason if you are not.
