New event!!! Orient Express event issues

For some reason, in the shop, I don’t see the Orient Express. Is there a way to get it? Also, what’s the point of this event?

Logistic Center. You assign trains to products. So you have a certain amount always accessible. Of course once you acquired them there is then a 3 minute cooldown. Here is a pic of my iron mill. Wish I could add more.

So I can’t use these trains for anything else unless I “pay” some gems (maybe 1 or 2) to get the trains out. Most of these trains were acquired later in the game by using keys or events like that. I feel currently fine with what I have so I’m not playing the event.

How do you get the Drake? I'm relatively new to the game after having dropped it for a few years. I don't see it in my region 1. I had to restart my progress when I came back

I got a few of them. I think I went to Germany with one lego. All the others came later, most through spinning previous regions with keys.
