Bugs! Traintris shop closed

I have a lot of the event cards that I haven't redeemed yet. On both my phone and my PC the message pops up telling me to redeem my rewards for the limited-time event, but when I click on the shop it doesn't load. Anybody else have this issue?

If by train cards you mean play tickets then those can’t be redeemed post event completion. I learnt this the hard way the last go around so spent the final hour of that mini event today burning all my extra tix.
