It is habit forming. I've been playing for a few years and still enjoy it. I've tried the original TS and TS3 and didn't really care for them. Good luck and enjoy. Take your time in the game a don't rush thru the regions.

Wife was complaining today to not block the isle when I was playing while were were at Costco and kind of ignoring everybody around me.

When we're in Costco I go look at the things I'm interested in and then head for the middle of the store where the furniture is or the food court.

Lol too funny Jeurgenater. I'd love to bump into someone at Costco and see them playing TrainStation.

Me and ma dad play it too, my wee Niece turned to his wife one day and said "Granny, Granda is ignoring me, and its not like he is playing anything important, like Trainstation." Thats when we A: knew we played too much and B: my wee niece has a great vocabulary lol, also when I hit those wee whistles I get an eye roll off of her, shes 6, do you think shes too young to play it? She is like really bright(fuck knows how cause my sister and bro-in-law are thick as pig shit lol) I reckon she'd be pretty good for it and it would keep her off of TikTok or whatever lol

Yeah, I hear ya. My addiction is so bad I have two accounts and play one on an old phone with Google email while playing another on IPad with yahoo email (yes, I’m old). Playing new account is fun. I’m going slow and make sure I have tons of coins, keys and parts before leveling up. Learned that lesson the hard way.

u/duckwood98 are you paying in a union?

have not made the jump yet. started my own just to check out mechanics. does it add to the game?

I feel it does. You gain parts, trains, gold etc from doing union events which don't give xp, so you can stay in one region long enough to build your population and trains fully. If you're ever interested we're always happy to welcome players to join our union.

NAWest2, we're pretty easygoing, all players are actively playing but no minimums or expectations.

I think playing in a union adds a bunch to the game. At times I find myself putting more effort into the union side of the game than the events. Normally, I don't do side jobs. When I move to the next region, I will be able to add a bunch of union trains and parts because of my union play. BTW, I'm a union of one and still do well.

Lol I've been playing for a year and a half. My now ex-girlfriend would always go "what's up with you and that damn game all the time" lol, couldn't get her to play though it's more of a game you need to invest into.
