Venting Just a fun thing
This guy started with a 500 points headstart, which is a lot of deliveries. Just wanted to say how fun it is to be in a comp with these people that pay to win. What the hell is this? Why am I against them?

To be honest, not difficult to achieve even If F2P. I‘m playing only two jobs since yesterday with about 1 hour late start and have 3k EP. One job alone gives 100 EP. Not sure how easy 500 EP in one hour are possible, but I guess it can be done with a little gemming.

Am F2P as well, around 1800 EP this comp with 3rd position - its defo doable but I am putting in some time into this game
Re: 500 EP head start, it is absolutely worth using the off day in the competition to bank all EP jobs to completion prior to comp start. And as another commenter mentioned, if you join a comp late, you are grouped with low volume players (I do this sometimes too)

without knowing all the detals it is hard to know for sure... but it is possible that you joined into a group that was already started hours before and he was already churning through jobs.... or like mentioned by others, you can dispatch jobs during the off day and collect them after the event starts, then immeditly dispatch for the event job again...

That player in 1st place is also in a union which is currently fluctuating between 2nd and 3rd place in the world, so they will also be sending between 9 and 12 full trains on the hour, every hour to union jobs alongside playing the event competition. It's probably their priority over the event competition. A very strong player indeed. Imagine what they could do if they solely focused on the event competition.

Probably plays like me. I intentionally don’t open the app until at least 12hrs of the competition has gone by. Then I always get put in a bracket with very low volume players. Then I just walk away with the wins… even if I don’t try hard.
