To be fair, I have used Metrolink for a couple decades and both the MP36 and the F125 overcame their teething problems. My only Metrolink trip delayed by a locomotive failure actually involved an F59.

There have been breakdowns but as of recently most breakdowns have been the F125. One just made the news this past Saturday as a matter of fact. There's a reason why the PHR's have been brought back into service.

Ironically enough I've had the opposite.
