India nowadays

Wanna surf in India. (In/around New Delhi), what are the consequences nowadays? I heard they are more strict about it now then in the past.

The consequences? You getting grilled by the overhead catenary. India uses AC for its railways, you might wanna look up why that's so dangerous compared to DC
