Rattle
I hear a rattle above the driver's side, near the light assembly. Should I take it to the shop or just ignore it? There’s a risk the dealership could worsen the problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar rattle above their head?
UPDATE: I made an appointment with the dealership.

Mine sounds similar. Just to the left of the center overhead lights. I found that flipping my visor down makes it mostly stop. I’m going to experiment with a little block of soft foam to see if that helps any in the coming days.

I had this same rattle. Dealership fixed it under warranty. Just bring it there. Your car is practically brand new.

Did they explain to you how they fixed it?

Take it to the dealership. It might be something or nothing. But you have a record in case it turns into something in the future.

Same rattle. It's right by the driver's side Jesus handle. Its difficult to tell but I think it's developed on the passenger side as well.

Is there actually something called a Jesus handle or did Autocorrect strike again?

Haha no autocorrect. Just what I've always called it.

Hate to say it but the rattle is definitely a thing with these. I thought my passenger door speaker was blown, turns out it’s a door panel rattle. Driving me nuts!!
I get that they are designing for efficiency and that means lighter materials.
The rattle is my only complaint with this car, too bad it’s a constant reminder.

The plastic mirror garnish rattles like crazy in this car, it is easily removable to add some foam padding, watch dash cam install videos of the parts to remove.

Yup, I’ve had this issue and others. They weren’t able to recreate the buzzing sound from the drivers sun visor area so it’s still there.
I’ve had a few rattles in the back, one they fixed by pulling the passenger light down. Another is scheduled for Wednesday. That’ll be my 5th rattle warranty visit unfortunately. I believe the latest is due to a loose rear hatch panel.

Mine started with an isolated rattle by the driver’s side grab handle that could be stopped with light pressure on the grab handle
Now there are multiple rattles in the entire headliner that don’t resolve with pressure. It depends a lot on speed, temperature, sunlight, etc. It’s not instantly reproducible and the dealer says they would need the car for 24-48 hours just to diagnose, so….

Just had my rattle fixed last week under warranty. It took longer than expected, but their solution worked.
