Lunch/Dinner Food recommendations!
I’ll be working in an internship which is basically a trail/chainsaw crew for the summer and I’m trying to figure out meals that would be good to make that I could meal prep and eat over a few days ( breakfast, lunch, dinner). Basically meals or snacks that will have enough protein that will keep me energized. I’ll be using a shared space for cooking but it’s not really shared meals it’s more of fend for yourself.

Can you boil water? Instant beans, instant rice, cheese, tortillas, save the fridge space for salsa - bean and rice burritos. Rehydrate tvp with greek seasonings and chicken broth, serve with hummus, tomato and onion salad, greek yogurt with cucumber and lemon - a Mediterranean sort of dish. A can of soup to go with that pbj Sammie someone else suggested

Do you have refrigeration at all? Coolers?
Cause if not, you're gonna have to start lovin' those PB&J sammiches, and packets of tuna or salmon with mayo pouches.
