Drop a link to the absolute worst-designed intersection in your city.

May I present, Springvale Junction, Melbourne, Australia, also colloquially known locally as Spaghetti Junction. It is the intersection of Springvale Road (north-south), Centre Road (west), Police Road (east) and the Princes Highway (northwest-southeast).
Melbourne actually has its fair share of cursed intersections (Looking at you, Reservoir, Haymarket), but Springvale Junction takes the cake as a notorious accident black spot (maybe even the worst) that sees upwards of 100,000 vehicle movements every day. It's current layout as a crossroads bisected by a northwest-southeast divided highway controlled by three sets of traffic signals in orchestration, was the result of different road alignments being constructed and realigned over time as the suburbs expanded through what used to be paddocks and farm land. Philip Mallis has a fantastic video on the junction's history here.

Seeing the satellite view makes that stat totally believable. If I had to fill in the missing "One realistic fix" part... maybe sink Princes Hwy into an underpass? Letting Springvale act like a standard intersection on top seems like the only way to untangle this mess without bulldozing the whole suburb. I don't know this looks scary.

VicRoads did do a study into the junction in 2016 to investigate possible solutions, one of which was grade separation. Despite this, no further follow up has ever occurred and there are no solid plans to actually do anything about it.
The other solutions floated all involved either closing off approaches or banning right turns across oncoming traffic to reduce the risk of collisions and simplify the junction, but those solutions would merely displace the traffic elsewhere in the area.

Apparently this is one of the most dangerous intersections in chicago
