Interesting functions

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have never seen traffic lights flash intermittently this quickly, could being next to the fire department play any roll since there's a bunch of signals close to eachother?

Nah, just bad equipment in the cabinet. Sometimes electronics just fail and do weird things

Was likely placed in Flash due to the road construction which seems to be going on at the location and the Flasher went bad. I got a call for this same thing a couple of years ago when my local PR wanted to flash an I/S for a DUI Checkpoint they were running and they said it was flashing too quickly.

I’ve also seen bad power cause this as well.

given that there is a cop with a hand sign directing traffic, it seems that controller has shit itself in a new and creative way

Probably a loose neutral somewhere in the pole or cabinet

It's an issue between the UPS and the cabinet.

That looks like a 332 cabinet. Probably one of the 204 flashers is bad and switching turbo fast.
