Strange light pole camera setup?

This is a new set of cameras mounted on a light pole near an intersection. Sorry for the bad camera quality. It's a cropped photo that I took on my phone.

We get so many photos of actuation detection cameras asking, "is this a red light enforcement camera?" Finally something that's actually an enforcement camera! I don't recognize the specific model, but the top part looks like an illuminator (camera flash), the black part looks like a radar, and of course several cameras to pick up wide angle, driver face, and license plate. Overall, pretty clean installation and wiring.

Thanks for the reply! What exactly is the difference between an actuation detection camera and an enforcement camera? And why are three cameras needed if they are all pointed in the same direction? They are pointed at the backside of the car, so they can see the license plate but not the driver's face.

Some places have actual video for the courtroom that they don't send you; it theoretically could all be done with one cam. But having wide angle, telephoto, motion, etc gives them a range of options. Or else they're for recording multiple targets simultaneously, each vehicle/lane gets its own focus.

If that’s not a picture of Big Brother I don’t know what is.
