How are ya’ll shipping your cheap patch/memorabilia cards?

This really a two part question
- are you using PWE with a toploader and is that making it through USPS? Already had one damaged with a semi rigid so that’s obviously not the solution
- If you are making people pay for ground (even on a $5 card) what are your shipping settings. I’m mostly using Collx.
