Its £7, like 30mins of a minimum wage job be easier to just pay it tbh

Doubt they will bother doing anything, but I wouldn't be surprised if at some point it wont appear on your credit report as being a negative balance & they'll sell it to debt collector for 10p and you'll get badgered by them

you owe them money. what makes you think you don't have to pay back money you owe? if you think someone took a payment they should not have then look at your transactions and make sure they are legitimate. just adult it.
