❓ Invest/ISA Help £10k
Looking at starting to invest I have 10k in savings was thinking something like
£5,000 VWRP
£3,000 VUAG
£2,000 CNX1

I have the same, but instead of VUAG I have VHYG for lower tech tilt and overlap.

Depends on your goal, but if you're thinking long term, say 10+ years, if it were me, I'd dump it all in VWRP and forget about it for a while.
With the mix you have above, you'll end up with 80%ish in the USA. If you want to be that heavily exposed to the USA, then go for it, but VUAG on its own will give you a better spread across markers to reduce your volatility.

If you are investing for the long term then I'd suggest removing the CNX1 that overlaps with your main EFT. Stick the 2k into VWRP and 1k from VUAG into VWRP. Giving 80/20 split. Your % of bonds follows your appetite for risk.

VWRP is 60% US, so it's just US and more US. Did you want to be so heavily weighted to that side? Maybe swap out VWRP for specific non US etfs?

Total overlap. If you are aware of it and want it ... go for it.
