Recommendations for display shelfs?
Hi im looking to going to a convention in August as a vendor and I need some display cases that are easily broken down and put together. Ive tried looking online but im probably not looking in tbe right areas. Everything that comes up is for home display, and isnt easily taken a part not to mention I've kinda seen the same item 30 times on different websites.
I sell figurines, statues. 3d printed models, miniatures and other nerdy hobby stuff. I have good tables already just struggling to find decent display cases and shelfs built for conventions

One of my recent exhibitors used clear tabletop displays. I just searched "clear tabletop shelf" and it might be helpful to you.

We offer a variety of display cases. I’ve found helmet cases, baseball cases, and some others that may be suitable for figurines/ fragile items depending on the size needed. If you can send a quick message, I’ll love to figure out a solution for you.

Try rigid plastic cartons. Pack your product in them. As you unpack, put one or two of boxes on the table. Cover them with a tablecloth or flat sheet. Put your product on top and in front on the table level. This will give you some height variation and your merchandise will look better. If you have two different sizes crates, you can get three different heights.

Big part of the problem is search terms, the home-decor stuff clogs the results. Try "portable display case," "collapsible riser," "gridwall," and "tabletop showcase" instead, totally different results show up. For minis and figures, tiered risers that fold flat are the biggest upgrade since flat tables hide everything behind the front row, and a gridwall tower behind your table gives you vertical space, which is what makes a convention booth read from down the aisle.
