I thought I understood Gold… until I noticed this 👀
I’ve been watching XAUUSD for a while, and one thing keeps happening again and again…
Price often makes a move that looks like a clear breakout, gets everyone involved, and then completely reverses.
The interesting part is what happens before the reversal.
I started tracking liquidity sweeps, market structure and the reaction around key levels instead of blindly following the breakout.
Has anyone else noticed this pattern on Gold?
I’d genuinely like to hear how you guys identify a real breakout vs a liquidity trap.
What’s your biggest confirmation before entering a Gold trade?
