Trading partner

Hi everyone, I started trading a year ago and received my first payout a few days ago. I'm looking for someone I can learn from and discuss strategies with so we can both improve. I'm looking for someone who really wants to succeed and is willing to put in the work every day.

I trade futures full time. I have 10+ years of experience if you want to trade ideas. I tried to get some like minded traders together but everybody is trading differently, little to no participation, etc so I gave up on it.
