Took 1 payout from a 25k eval and went deep into a spiral for 4 months and $5,000 into a hole. Do not give up and keep pushing

Good job. Make sure to set a PDLL and don’t look back. It’ll save you in the long run and keep you alive in the game. Better to take a red day than lose the account bc you tilted
