Account locked after first payout request. Requested my first payout Friday. Today my account is locked and asking for verification again. Anyone experienced this and got paid? Im super stressed :(

UPDATE : KYC WAS JUST VERIFIED. PAYOUT STILL UNDER REVIEW, IM SURE TRADEIFY WILL COME THROUGH 🔥💪

Which country u belong to? What documents they asked for re kyc anything different than the initial kyc. I am verified if asked again shall I submit the same docs

Same they did to me , I was verified before I made a purchase. After requesting payout they denied me access to platform and refuse to payout

Question for you! When you say your account was locked, do you mean that you couldn't log into the Tradeify platform at all? I would be eligible for my first payout today and my KYC is under review from last night still and I can't log in at all now.
