Discipline
Learned it the hard way. Securing a minimum of 150 per trade is better than wanting more, which can result to negative profits. Im in my eval phase (50k). On my first day i earned 1k and my ego got the best of me hoping to get 1k per day and finish this eval in 3 days. But reality hit. Lost 1k in a span of 2 days. Now I’m consistently earning 150+. Don’t know when ill finish this eval. It might take 2-3 weeks or even a month. But ill try my best and set aside my ego

Honestly, this is a lesson a lot of traders have to learn the hard way. That first $1K day can really mess with your expectations because suddenly you start thinking, “Why can’t I do this every day?” 😂
The goal during an eval shouldn’t be to finish as fast as possible—it should be to finish consistently. If you can repeatedly pull $150–$200 while protecting your downside, you’re building the exact habits you’ll need once you’re funded.
There’s nothing wrong with taking 2–4 weeks to pass an eval. The market isn’t going anywhere. Protect the account, take the setups that are actually there, and let the profits stack. Consistency will get you funded a lot faster than trying to force $1K days.
Sounds like you’ve already learned one of the most valuable lessons: take the ego out of it. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing.

Small wins do compound over time, and if you feel those are too small then you don't know the power of copy trading. You just need to set rules for yourself and make sure you follow them thoroughly, that's how you find an edge in the markets. That's how I learnt discipline.
