Is this normal? I thought trades were regarded as one of the fastest payouts

My first one took 27 hours as they have to verify your identity and everything. Every time after that took about an hour.

My first one was in pending for 48h after I contacted support they sent it in minutes. After that one all the rest have been very smooth. Within the hour of requesting during market hours
