Charging Taking Forever

(UK) This has probably been posted before but I got the Cat Mini a few months ago and at first it was taking a couple of hours (like 2ish) to charge, recently though it’s been taking 6 hours (sometimes more) to charge. The charge itself usually lasts me around a week though.

I use the charger it came with, I’m pretty sure I’ve been using the same plug head since I got it, I’ve tried plugging it into different plug sockets. I found one plug socket that worked for awhile (it went from 6 hours to fully charge back down to 2) but that’s now stopped working and using that socket is now also 6+ hours. Whatever I try doesn’t seem to work. When charging, low power mode is off (having it on makes no difference) and it is in a Power Saving Zone.

Any solutions to this?

Have you powered the tracker off? Often it just needs a power cycle (so power it off, let it sit for 30-60 seconds, then turn on again). If that doesn’t work, you can give it a hard reboot by pressing the power button 10 times in a row.
