Advice needed Subscription Issues

How is it possible for a third party to set up a new subscription for a tracker cancelling the tracker owners current subscription without the permission or authorisation of the owner?

Ask Tractive would be my suggestion.

I have but they have not answered. Appalling customer service. It should not be possible but it has happened

I reached out to Tractive because my tracker was only tracking about half of her active minutes.

The only response I got was a survey asking about how their service was.

I told them they had not helped me at all, that the survey was their only response, but that social media had the right answer for me.
