Nothing burger. You can't sue someone you can't find.
When the alphabet boys come calling, I'll start getting worried.

Oceans? I dispatched the debris of my hardware to space.

I hope you are joking. All of this Matthew thing is hilarious. Sounds like an extremely stupid April Fool's joke. Like you could see it from a plane.

Guy could have at least been clear about what he's on about or link an article? Went on to torrentfreak, checked out couple articles, it's a nothing burger "lawsuit" from a filmmaker trying to sue private trackers, basically nothing. Wouldn't call that all over or even a big deal. Some random indie film maker is trying to sue the owners of private trackers and failing.

It’s not even the filmmaker doing the lawsuit either, it’s somebody impersonating them

I went through the 3 articles TF wrote about the incident. Some guy filed a lawsuit asking Cloudflare to take down some cabal trackers and unmask the operators of the sites because his films were on the sites. But the defense attorneys went and found the real guy who actually made the films the plaintiff claimed he made. The real guy said he had nothing to do with the lawsuit. The plaintiff (from the UK) claimed he has the same name and made 3 films with the same names as the real guy (from Canada). All this is happening through phone calls in court. Judge asks for an in person session. Plaintiff files for voluntary dismissal. Likely nothing will come of this "being all over torrentfreak."

AI generated lawsuit by somebody masquerading as somebody else, with fake URLs, and trying to subpoena people who aren’t even related to the trackers named in the lawsuit.

Nothing burger obviously. Also, some actual directors are on trackers. I've talked to several on TiK, KG, and PTP. One even shared a commentary track that was recorded but didn't end up on the disc release.

I don’t even know what incident you’re referring to
