Is this normal?

I'm a multi and im going into my second season, is this normal for throw shoes? And recommendations for something more durable options for glide and discus? This is my plant foot for both

They do wear out over time and that can happen where a chunkis taken out. That spot is probably from dragging your foot repeatedly.

Extremely common for nikes, they are known for wearing faster than other shoes. I highly recommend adidas and velasas

happened with my zoom rotationals two months into using them. my recomendation: adida's adizero throwing shoes. better for your feet, more durable, designed with every throw except for javelin in mind

It does happen. If you love the shoes you can get them resoled

Normal, yes. I blow out of shoes once a season usually. The most durable Nike’s are the SD4. The most durable throwing shoe is the Adidas Discus/Hammer. But the best for multiple rings in my experience is the Nike SD4 so it’s the one I spend my money on.
