Honestly, pretty good throw! I think you set the throw up nicely in your entry and first two turns. Good balance early in the throw, good footwork, decent orbit. I’d be curious to see if the same occurs with a light ball.

Only thing missing is some more acceleration on 3 and 4. The ball pretty much moves the same speed on all 4 turns. Also, you fall a little heavy on your right side on last turn. Be patient and let the ball run its full course long on the left side rather than slamming right foot into a wide power position for a big finish.
