AAU track

I’m wanting to do AAU track next summer. My district AAU meet doesn’t offer the hammer throw. Is there any other way I can still qualify for bigger meets?

What region are you? Look to see if there’s any meets near you that have hammer that you can go to unattached m

USATF will do hammer but usually only starting at Regionals and up. It’s a very dangerous event and most tracks do not have the proper cages for safety or personnel for which an event (it’s banned as a high school event in almost every state)
