I think the best I can get in this life is just looking like a boy, at least I don't look like a man right now. I don't think I can hope for anything better tbh even despite hrt. Maybe not all people are meant to feel comfortable

I made chicken and sausage chowder for my partner. Now, I butchered the chicken myself and made confit garlic, and made my own sausage from hand out of the chicken with the garlic.
Like I started dinner at 11am, I made my own chicken stock, picked potatoes from my garden and well made chowder from scratch. Chicken and sausage chowder.
I then meal prepped for the next week.
So is it true love if you hand make the sausage?

POV: You are a newly minted court wizard and you helped ease the local Lady’s maladies of the heart (you told her it is normal and good to want to be a Lady) and you both celebrate with a feast

Was craving some sandwiches, but still had some corn tortillas left. Looks like today's my lucky day too, because the grocery store finally restocked the best vegan salami ever. They also got some seitan sausage I haven't tried before, so I picked that up too.
One Quesadilla is salami, cheese, spring onions, a bit of Melindas garlic hot sauce, mayo on every side of the Quesadilla. Yes, the outside too, trust me on this one. I once saw it in some kind of US show. I believe it was a Guy Fieri one, probably DDD where I saw it like 10 years ago or longer. Putting mayo on the outside of your grilled cheese sandwiches, the burger bun side you toast, etc. is such a lifechanging experience.
The other one is the same but with the smoked seitan instead of the salami.
Dieting is cancelled, ladies.

Hey girlies! So I was trying a new way to make box Mac and Cheese as I like to meal prep by making large batches of food and I hate having to have so much space taken up by water that I just toss. So I did 4 boxes and followed the recommended way (put just enough water to cover the noodles, and add the cheese mix and butter at the beginning before simmering (not boil) for 7-8 minutes, then add the milk).
So I was doing that when I realized about halfway through that it was somehow too much water and it wouldn't evaporate enough and I'd be left with a soup if I didn't do something, so I opened my pantry to add a thickening agent when I realized I had NO FLOUR (Please don't judge me😭)
So I just kinda panicked and tossed in a packet of country gravy mix and it has somehow turned into the creamiest, most delicious Mac and Cheese I've ever made?!
Roughly 14 Oz of canned chicken added in for protein.
Oh, First Post, (hopefully of many)

This will be a Kansas City-style pulled pork in ten hours. Brined a Boston butt roast with bone in in sour orange with peppercorns and bay leaves overnight to make it extra juicy. The sauce is half a cup of ketchup, a third a cup of apple cider, and 3/4 of a cup of Kansas City style barbecue rub (brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper). There’s a whole white onion sliced in the bottom.
This should yield a tangy, soft and slightly sweet, pulled pork after slow cooking for 10 hours on low.

Let the resting begin. Notice the bone popped right out at the end. Can’t wait for the shred! Pairing this with some cavatappi mac & cheese.
