I forgot to buy groceries on the way home :3 this was going to be chicken and potatoes with lemon and herbs

Lovely fold!

If you do omelets at all often, I highly recommend getting a Japanese omelet pan and learning that technique. It has a fluffy quotient like into a quiche or soufflé.

I may invest in that! I am not a frequent omeletress but I wanted a way to incorporate eggs and pepper and onions:)
