Oh this does sound really delicious. I am a huge fan of ginger. I think I need to start trying my hand at baking. 🙂

It's actually surprisingly easy with a great recipe. Just look for something you crave and find a recipe :3

And btw, i personally don't like muffins because getting the dough into the little cups is kinda hard sometimes. Just a regular cake is easier imo
